As strangers in a strange land, the Clarke family was welcomed graciously in small town USA. Tiffin, remains a fond memory for Jean Marie, and she particularly recalls the Lilac bush that they had in their garden, which had flowers the same colour as this Pearl street print. This gorgeous nine color hand block print is very unique and hard to find in the textile world.
